I am having trouble logging into a webinar. Help!

From Day One webinars are hosted through Zoom. When you registered for your webinar of choice, you should have received an email from From Day One Zoom with your unique join link. This email also contains information about dialing in via phone. 

If you are having issues connecting to the webinar, check that your internet connection is strong and that your Zoom account is updated to the most recent version. If you're experiencing choppy audio or having trouble hearing, you can also try using your phone to dial in. Those access numbers will be in the email you received from Zoom when you registered, and you can be dialed in via phone at the same time you're viewing the video through the Zoom client.
