How do I get SHRM/HRCI credit for attending a webinar?

The registration number you will need for SHRM and HRCI credits is sent to all those who logged in and participated in the full session approximately 24 hours after the conclusion of the webinar. Please note that while most of our webinars do qualify for credits, not all of them do, so make sure to check the session description on the registration page or our website to confirm if receiving credits is important to you. 

You can also find the SHRM/HRCI Activity IDs for an event you attended under the Event Registration section of the members’ area, which can be accessed here and on the top right corner of the From Day One website. Locate the event you attended and click on the PDC Credit Info link to access the Activity IDs. Please allow for 24 hours from the conclusion of the event for the Activity IDs to appear in the system.
