I am having trouble attending virtual conference sessions, I cannot see audio/video, or participate in chat. Help!
For our half and full day virtual conferences, we use the Hopin platform. Their guide to using Hopin as an attendee is a good place to start for troubleshooting information. We've found that using a current/updated version of Chrome tends to yield the best results. If there is difficulty with logging in, sometimes trying again in a private browsing window can fix it. Also, users have reported that there are specific problems with the chat function in Safari.
