What should I do if I can no longer attend an event and need to cancel my registration?

You can request a cancellation of your event registration under the Event Registration section of the members’ area, which can be accessed here and on the top right corner of the From Day One website. Click on the Change button for the event you want to cancel, and select “Cancel registration” from the provided options. Our team will reach out to you shortly via email to facilitate the request; please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request if it is within 48 hours of the event start time.
