What can I do if the system says I didn’t attend an event I was present for?

In the event that our system does not register you as attending an event you were present for, you can flag this to our support team under the Event Registration section of the members’ area, which can be accessed here and on the top right corner of the From Day One website. Select the PDC Credit Info link on the event you attended, and when prompted, select “I attended this event’. Our team will reach out to you shortly via email to facilitate the request.
